Dean helped my parents purchase there first home in Texas. We all had such a great experience, my husband and I later called on him to help us sell the home we were living in and build a new one. He was so patient in guiding us through the building process, but also willing to advocate on our behalf when we had issues with our builder. Dean also very quickly got a feel for our preferences of neighborhood and home style and features that he virtually never wasted our time in showing us homes he knew we wouldn’t like. While he was never pushy, he gently nudged us towards our current neighborhood and home although I was hesitant to entertain it at first because he knew what I was looking for at the end of the day.
